The sailfish is the fastest swimmer in the ocean, reaching 68 mph (109 km/h)

Still, there are unconfirmed reports that a black marlin has been clocked at 80 mph (128 km/h).  The slowest fish is the Sea Horse, which moves along at about 0.01 mph (0.016 km/h).  Dolphins can reach 37 mph (60 km/h).
